PROFILE

Antonio has been a law clerk since 2005 and part of the team at AUDAXLAW for several years. His areas of focus are corporate, franchise and estates law, as well as not-for-profit and charity law. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience while helping clients deal with matters such as incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, ongoing corporate maintenance matters, corporate tax reorganizations and estate freezes, to name a few. His not-for-profit and charity law experience includes assisting both private and public foundations and charitable organizations with the incorporation and organization, charitable registration, continuances and maintenance of their status.

Antonio is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
